The West Deck

Spectacular perched views of the Hudson River and it’s West bank. To the north, the Mid Hudson Bridge and the Walk-way over the Hudson are within sight. On summer days the glass walls can disappear making this area into alfresco dining but with all the amenities of an indoor restaurant. We can accommodate groups of 65 in this area.

The South Deck

As the name implies this area of the restaurant has unparalleled views of the Mighty Hudson River Southbound. During the summer months the glass wall to the outside dining patio can be removed for a one-of-a-kind dining experience. If you are looking for a larger party of up to 100 guests, look no further.

The Private Dining Room

Shadows on the Hudson’s NEW private dining room is a unique and intimate space that can seat up to 32 guests. The private dining room has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate corporate meetings as well. Featuring 4 walls for total privacy and a hidden ceiling-mounted screen; the private dining room is the perfect location to impress your clients and treat your team.

The Sunset Room

Launching a new brand, having a reunion, an intimate wedding or baby shower? Reminiscent of a lavish Bourbon drinking lounge after prohibition. The luxury of our curved Chocolate brown banquet seating with complimentary chairs and round tables make this the perfect room for your stately affair. Comfortably accommodating 65 guests.

True River

Truly at the heart of the restaurant. This area is flanked by glass walls to the South and West, affording your guests views of the Magnificent Hudson River while keeping them centrally located to our 30′ curved bar and 72sqft high definition flat screen. Perfect for cocktail parties up to 80 guests or a seated function for 70.

Catering Policies

  • All Prices are per person and do not include tax or gratuity unless otherwise noted.
  • New York sales tax will be charged at rate current to date of event.
  • We have a Private Dining Room, our “Sunset” Room at Shadows is Semi- Private, and all other catered events are located in our public dining rooms.
  • The event will take place at reserved tables within an open-to-the-public dining room, unless other arrangements are made in writing in advance.
  • No audio equipment is permitted at Shadows on the Hudson. No exceptions.
  • No confetti is permitted at Shadows on the Hudson. No exceptions.Shadows on the Hudson will generate a tab for alcoholic beverages ordered payable as a portion of final payment unless otherwise directed in advance.
  • Event duration is limited to 2 hours (for Brunch or Cocktail Catering Packages), 2 and 1/2 hours (for Lunch and Dinner Packages). Longer event times available for certain packages and time periods.
  • Final guest count is required one week prior to event.
  • The higher of either the advance guest count or the actual count at the event constitutes the number of guests for which payment is due.
  • A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking by cash or credit card. Deposit is refundable if notification of cancellation is within 72 hours of booking.
  • Final payment is due at the conclusion of the event by cash or credit card
