Celebrate the tastes and terroir of our own backyard. Hudson Valley Uncorked brings together three acclaimed local wineries and six curated culinary courses designed to showcase the best of the region. Each featured wine is thoughtfully paired with farm-forward ingredients, allowing every sip and bite to tell a story of place.
