Our 5-course wine dinner will feature a carefully curated selection of exceptional wines from Burgundy, expertly guided by special guest Nick Macchi of IWS Imports.
Featured Wines:
- Domaine Jolly et Fils, Chablis (2022): A crisp, high-acid white wine showcasing the classic character of Chablis.
- Roger Lassarat, Saint-Véran Cuvée Prestige (2022): A complex, floral white wine with a fuller body.
- Domaine Michel Gros, Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Nuits (2021): A medium-bodied red wine with polished tannins and enticing dark fruit aromas.
