OG Muller, first-ever planting in Italy – 1976; steep slope overlooking Trento, the famous, the acoustic, porphyry-atop-limestone “Palai” vineyard – all organic, crisp and fresh. Great with carpaccio or crudo or both

Typical Terlan blend of 2/3 Pinot Bianco and 1/3 Chardonnay/Sauvignon; certified biodynamic, all fermented in large oak vats from their own oak forests – you don’t taste wood, you taste exposure to air and pure mountain fruit – succulent and savory

Schiava “der Keil” 2023

From the oldest Schiava vineyard on the planet – a 4h “wedge” or triangle, all pergola, planted in the 1880s; thin-skin grape prone to insects and to mildew, therefore prone to extinction (only 5% of vineyards in Alto Adige today – 85% fifty years ago!) like a rustic juicy Pinot Noir.

NY Strip Goulash

The flagship of this 400+ year old estate – from a gorgeous hillside overlooking Lago di Caldaro, half Lagrein with half Merlot and Cabernet Franc, each farmed and fermented separately; full-bodied yet easy-drinking; a true, vibrant crowd-pleasure, perfect with grilled meats.

Zero Infinito “pet-nat” (AKA SPARKLING) 2023

Slightly sparkling Solaris grape, tastes like a lemon-tinged Bellini (no stirring necessary) – Val di Cembra, at almost 3000’, is one of the highest vineyards in Italy – no sulfates added, no nothing, bio-chic baby.
